Hello yall, I'm totally new here, first ever post on any type of forum and ol' fashioned so excuse me if this has already been discussed or of my etiquette is improper.

So to the matter at hand that I've been fighting for 3 dam days now.

    2005 T4R 4.0L 1GRFE V6 4X4 LIMITED. Completely stock.

Turn key absolutely nothing happens acts like battery isn't even connected. 12.7 volts at STA#2 fuse on key turn but nothing happens. Security light steady flashes without key in ignition and soon as key inserted it goes solid for like a millisecond then goes off. Got power in 2 ports on every relay under the hood except starter and fuel pump of course. Idk WTF! Bout to drive me bonkers!
Sidenote: Fuel pump does not click on to prime unless jumped out at relay...ohm'd out relay appears good with fluke meter. 106.7. C/opn EFI ACC relays all normal with voltage in 2 ports and a ground. EFI 2 fuse even has power.
Same with starter relay will crank all day jumped out but won't start. Checked relay=good.
Also 1.3 volts at throttle body instead of 5 for who the hell knows why?
All grounds are good unless I lost one somewhere?
No power to sta solenoid wire or sta1 fuse but sta2 fuse is perfect on key turn 12.7v
Battery is brand new Odyssey Extreme AGM 950 CCA load tested at 12.7 V
All i can think of at the moment
even tried resetting ecm with obd 4-13 no luck
Someone help a ol dummy out here please?

When the key on, do the dash lights come on at all? Specifically, does the engine light come on and stay on or is there no engine light at all?

All dash lights come on as normal check engine light comes on for just a second then goes out.
BUT HEY CHECK THIS OUT JUST REMEMBERED THIS WHEN I TURN KEY TO TRY AND CRANK IT THE CENTER INFOTAINMENT LIGHTS ON THE LITTLE SCREEN THERE FLASH OFF WHEN TRYING TO CRANK THEN BACK TO NORMAL SOON AS I LET OFF THE KEY.
    DOES THAT HAVE ANY RELATION?
    EXCUSE THE ALL CAPS TYPING.

I am not 100% sure on this, but the check engine light should stay on until the engine is started. If it goes off before the engine starts it may indicate an ECM issue. ECM controls the cranking/starting and bunch of other things... you basically "ask" the ECM via the key to start the engine, it runs the start sequence.

I do believe the infotainment light going out during cranking is normal, the accessory wires do not get power while cranking, only the ignition wires.

I am sure there is a way to test it, however I do not have a service manual maybe someone on here does.
I can only comment on newer cars, where the ECU has to be "married" to the vehicle can't be just plug and play. With a 4th gen it may be plug and play, someone more knowledgeable than me would have to answer that.

This is not meant to be a derogatory remark but is your vehicle in Park?
