Anyone know what the "side ways F" plate is called? Trying to order one.

It's supposed to mount next to the tailpipe as a protector or maybe a heat sink. I'm not entirely certain.

    Thanks

I'm wondering if there is a part # stamped on it anywhere.

Its a Heat Shield, and I think its there to prevent heat from the tailpipe from damaging the spare tire.

Maybe Toyota put it under a different heading. Are the other Heat Shields shown with Exhaust? If your spare is NOT underneath, then you don't really need it. Also, a You-Pull-It junkyard could also provide one...

If you look up the Magnaflow exhaust install article (on T4R I think) they show it, and discuss needing to remove it to change the tailpipe, and then reinstalling it...

Talked to Parts at my local dealer and I believe we found the part. Will update this thread after confirming for anyone in the future who might run into this same issue. Thank you everyone for your help.

Muffler shop removed it and I guess they forgot about it and threw it in a bin somewhere. Went back to look for it, but no luck.

I thought maybe Toyota decided they didn't necessarily need the part at some point, but I looked underneath the new 2022's at the dealer and they all have that part installed.

For anyone in the future who may be looking for this part, it is labelled as "INSULATOR, SPARE" on the sticker from Toyota.

You will need to order the part as well as the two bolts. Part and two bolts come separately.

"INSULATOR, SPARE" is not really helpful as it's not showing up on the diagrams. Can you check the part number if it is this?:

INSULATOR, MAIN MUFFLER HEAT, REAR UPPER: 5192A60010
    Bolts: 91641H0820

Numbers should be on your bag or receipt.

If anyone is looking for this same part, the part number is 5192A-60010

It is an insulator/heat shield that protects the spare tire from the tailpipe.

In the drawing, the part is located next to the passenger rear tire and mounted spare tire. It is also drawn at a different angle than the pictures I initially took, so it will not look like a "side-ways F" in the diagrams.
