Hi new member here .. I have a Kia Telluride on the way, but am having second thought and thinking a saving some money and getting a used 4runner. A dealer near me has one that I am interested in... It is a 2016 SR5 with 72600 miles.. asking has been reduced to 28800... any thought would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think that is a high price why not get a newer 4Runner and use the zero/low finance for 4/5 years of trouble free smiles

I was thinking of saving some money. If the 4runners are as bullet proof as everyone claims shouldn't I be ok with 72K miles or should I be concerned?

I think what Joe is saying, is it is high on price, not durability.

Why the change? Two completely different vehicles.

Kia makes a great vehicle these days. Their biggest downfall is depreciation. I sold my optima after 2 years and lost 10k.

I guess that is one of my concerns is the depreciation.. what if I don't like it and want to trade it in. Also I have never had a Kia and am concerned about the reliabilty. Seems like the Telluride is top ranked in every rating etc.. I guess I'm getting cold feet cuz it's a Kia.

I’ll tell you I loved mine and really had no reason to get rid of it. Just wanted a truck. They’re one of the best bang for the buck vehicles that you can get completely loaded.

with that said, I’ll never own anything that’s not a Toyota again. Lol

Yes, Kia makes much more reliable cars these days and the Telluride has great ratings (now), but they haven't stood the test of time yet, and 4Runners have most certainly proven themselves on that front. I vote 4Runner too.

Way over priced for an SR5 with 72K miles. Keep looking.
