    2023 Gray Off Road Premium
    I have always wanted to get a 4Runner and finally got one. Too late to get a brand new 5th gen but got one that has 10k miles and engine compartment looks like it's never been off road. I consider myself lucky. I'm excited to make gradual changes like wheels and roof rack and such. If anyone has any tips or links I would appreciate it. Thanks!

    You may be eligible for purchase of extended warranty-service agreement if you do not yet have one.
    This very opinioned topic has merit both ways.
    I used my Platinum warranty for a new transmission at 48,000 miles and past the 60 month powertrain warranty. Since Toyota authorized a Torque Converter first, then the tranny. Total $8,000 charged to Toyota by dealer.

    I don't think that he can get one from the person that we have discussed that sells them from another state. The OP would have to be the original owner. I believe that someone else had tried to get one but was told no. Now if this has changed over the past couple of months please let me know. The only place he can probably get the extended toyota plan is from the dealer he purchased it from if it's a toyota dealer.
