    Hi all . Newbie to 4runner forum, but a vet on the fj cruiser forum . Traded my 2014 rwd fj cruiser in for a shiny sr5 premium. It was out of necessity, rwd vehicles don't do well in heavy snow mountain passes, and as capable as the fj was, I struggled to get up my driveway even with diff lock engaged. Yesterday I had the opportunity to use 4wd for the 1st time getting into the garage. And it all paid off. As a side note . In ten years of fj ownership, I replaced 1 battery, and a set of tires. Sold it for $3000 less than what I paid in 2014. (New) . So here I am, a proud owner of another legendary Toyota. And the mods have already begun. Added the redarc towpro brake controller. Really neat setup. And will soon add running boards. This is a must for getting to the ski rack etc. Anyways, thanks for the add . Happy wheeling, molding, 4running .
