The controls on the console for the heated seats and rear window are not working. On the heated seats, the little yellow lights don't even come on. I can still control the rear window from the buttons on the outside of the rear hatch but not from the console control. I checked the 20A Seat Heater FR and 10A ECU-1G No 2 fuses in the driver's side by the emergency brake pedal. They were fine.

Anyone had this issue? Any ideas? Thought I would check before I start tearing things apart.

If you already checked fuses associated, I'd check the switches next. Popping off the center plastic where the switches are at is super easy.

My heated seats wouldn't work after someone (my wife) spilled her hot chocolate and got the switch contacts all chocolatey. Took them out, cleaned them and they work like new.

I popped off the plastic panel and found that this plug was disconnected. I reconnected it, and everything works fine now. If only every repair could be so simple.
