Headrest buzzing/ticking noise

Here's a new one for you guys, I have a buzzing/ticking noise that comes from my headrest on driver seat. I'm assuming it's most likely coming from the stakes on the headrest vibrating against the seat, noise goes away if you lift the headrest up or remove it. Took it to the stealership the idiots blamed the noise on my tires

2022 orp. Also my fake carbon fiber console wasn't fully snapped in not a big deal obviously but I was legit suprised that they wouldn't catch that in the tahara plant, USA or Mexico plant perhaps but never tahara
