Headlight (Low, High and Fog) replacement

I want to swap my headlights including the fog lights to a bright white light LED configuration. Does anyone have recommendations for the best bulbs/kits. Looking for the most cost effective solution.

hey guys! i was wondering if anyone is having issues installing low beam led headlight bulbs on a 2018 sr5 premium 4runner? i have bought 2 different types of led bulbs with the plastic tabs you rotate to lock into the housing but for some reason i cant rotate the bulbs at all. i have tried really hard but they will not budge. the stock bulbs with the metal tabs rotate very easily. both types of leds i bought were h11 so they should fit i thought. any suggestions?
