    Cali 4R's

I was lucky to get a new 2021 4R before any Dealer markup! After my lift I'm wanting to get a group together for a Bowman Lake trek before any major snow.

6112, plus the ever popular BFG 285's...praying for no rubbing. Anyone have experience with the Bilstein lift after installation?

    Thanks guys~

I would get wildpeaks over ko2s (have used both extensively) ko2s performed very poorly in snow

...the tread pattern seems to be more open in the Wildpeaks. Same rubbing consideration?

They're all the same for driving on road. It's a body on frame truck with all terrain tires

Which wheels are you rocking? Offset will play a big role

I'm pretty sure 285 KO2 will rub a little bit. But not a big deal to push the fender liner. Might have to trim the lower bumper tiny bit.

However my buddy with SR5 on a spacer lift and 285 KO2 rubbed a little bit but after few trail runs it wear out the plastic and did not rub.

Hope you will be lucky like my buddy not to do any trimming.

Let us know how onroad comfort with 6112. I want to upgrade mine with 5100. So I'm open for suggestions for best onroad comfort.

    Update-
Forgot to mention about tires. I like BFG KO2 285/70R17 Load C over the P285/70R17 Falken Wildpeaks. Both have equal road noise. Falken Wildpeaks were little more comfy on road. But KO2 where great overall especially on my fav snowy trails. On pavement they both slip when it's icy so I drive extra carefully even though both have 3peak mountain snow flake rating. Take your time on other tire options as well. I have Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac on our newest 4runner and I don't like it as much as I love KO2. They don't seem to grip well on dry pavement and hard packed gravel surfaces. I'm yet to test on snow wheeling. Hope I don't get disappointed buying them after selling stock Nitto terra grapplers.

What a bloody science! We have too many choices really. Let us be thankful for our jobs that allow us to buy us all this candy! I'll set up some before and after photos, and thanks for the tire info-

Hey guys. Brand new to the 4 wheelin' thing. Just picked up a 2020 TRD ORP and looking to set it up for Overlanding. Was looking at the Old Man EMU's lift to start. Any input or recommendations? Thanks.

No experience with these but the name Dobinson seems to pop up a lot when people asks for lift recommendation.
