Restored with Toyotafiberglass quarter panels and Cap mouldings SR5 Clone with chrome moulding and graphics
Hey everyone, new to the Forum but a long time Toyota fan and owner. Bought my 94 pickup in 2004 and just retired it last year. I really loved that truck and was my daily driver for over 15 years but too many winters took its toll on the body and frame.

I bought my 1988 4runner in 2007 winning it on Ebay. I started the restoration process a few years later buying as many factory parts as possible that were still available. Had a body shop do the restoration using fiberglass quarter panels from Toyotafiberglass.com. The body guy was skeptical but after the work was done he stated it was some of the best fiberglass he had worked with. I replaced the flat back trim (windshield, grill, headlights, taillights) with factory chrome trim and put the SR5 body graphic. The frame is in great shape and it always gets compliments. My only small regret is that i didn't hold out and buy an actual SR5 back when i bought this 4Runner but it has been a great running and performing vehicle ever since owning it.

Thanks everyone. Here are some pics of the 4Runner. I usually have SR5 wheels on it with 31's but had pretty new tires on my truck when it had to be decommissioned. (although it is still in my driveway, gonna remove whatever spare engine parts I can that might be useful) both have the 22RE.
