Grille Guard/Bumper Question

Looking at a grille guard or a bumper for 2024 SR5 Premium , spoke to local shop and the one I wanted interferes with the sensor for cruise control. Is this something I can turn off?

Or does anyone recommend another style. I am not sure I want to go full bore and cut the bumper yet.
