Getting rid of rubbing with 285/45/22

Hi Everyone,
I have got 285/45/22*10 with -19 offset rims and tires. There is metal(Body frame) rubbing on full turn. Any suggestions on getting rid of rubbing without expensive lifts. Want to know if 2inch leveling kit might help?

Yes. A body mount chop and pinch weld alteration along with fender trimming.

It will only void that portion of the frame. However if you get a skilled fabricator the dealer won’t be able to tell it’s modified.
