I currently have dynamic fang lights on a 10amp add a fuse (fuse tap). I also have an led dynamic light tape on that source (spliced into the wire). Can I still splice in one more LED source from my head lights? I guess my real question is… what is the limitation of a 10amp add a fuse to not overload? Picture of the wire splice connector I have used

A fuse will carry 80% of it's rating continuously. More amperage than that is not reliable. Manufacturer's publish time/current curves that show fuse current over time capabilities.
