We finally completed the nearly two-year restoration of our beautiful 1986 Toyota 4Runner and now its up for sale!

This 4Runner Restoration project is a complete restore, including all new mechanicals, a Platinum Reman'd to New 22RE crate engine, a Toyota Plantinum Reman'd to New automatic transmission, a new front transfer case, and a new rear 18" 4.88 locking differential.

The truck also has been installed with a set of four brand new GT Adventuro AT3 31x10.5R15 LT radials and all redone, powder coated Toyota steel wheels.

And the truck has been updated with carbon fiber, including new carbon fiber window trims, side mirror brackets, side rock guards, rear tailgate guard, and a new carbon fiber, genuine Toyota license plate light bridge. The truck also has an extra heavy duty rear towing bumper, and we added a third brake light (just above the license plate light bridge) and an LED stop light strip at the bottom of the tail gate. It looks GREAT, and it now has a touch of modern updating and additional safety features, that weren't available in 1986.

It also includes all new shocks, and leaf springs, including an Add-A-Leaf spring set, a new SS exhaust system, repacked ceramic headers, and newer brakes, brake lines, rotors and pads. It also includes brand new fuel lines, a new fuel filter, and a new fuel pump and sending unit. And we've installed new front locking hubs as well, and new rear wheel cylinders.

And it includes a new Aiwa Hide-Away CD Head unit, with Bluetooth and MP3 capabilities. And all of the windows have now been tinted with Gila 20% VLT Window Tint.

All mechanical components under the hood have also been replaced with all new components including a new radiator, PS unit, alternator, new 134a A/C, new fuel filter, new harmonic balancer, and of course all new belts, wiring engine wiring harness, vacuum lines, and hoses, including stainless steel radiator hoses. And the frame and undercarriage has all been redone as well, including dustless blasting, acid priming, painting and Rhino ceramic coated.

And the interior has been completely restored as well. And the truck has a brand new grill, headlight doors, and new HID headlights.

In fact, we have pretty much restored every square inch of this vehicle, and its probably better now then when it was new!

We are now just finishing up on the (very unique) Anodized Deep Sea Blue Pearl painting of this truck, and we are expecting to be completing this project sometime over the next several weeks.
