GOBI Ax & Shovel Mounting Brackets attach to either side of the GOBI rack. Each pair of attachment brackets comes equipped with anti-theft locking knobs. The brackets are black powder coated to provide long lasting protection, each pair of brackets includes a pair of keys, stainless steel hardware, and an easy to follow installation guide. (Only compatible with Stealth Rack Models*)

Used once and have been mounted on my Gobi for a couple of months, not using since I'm storing Ax & Shovel inside

Now that I can weld and fabricate basic shapes using metal, this price is insane that Gobi charges. I can understand the rack and ladder cost as there is a fair amount of labor bending the tube, welding everything etc.. They use jigs and probably can build one in a few days. You could seriously make these in your shop with no special tools and some parts off of Amazon, and welding experience. Of course at the trade off of time.
