front wheels wont move

    going down the road today, when my front end started to shake going 40. the front wheels locked up and screeched to a stop. the 4runner would back up, but does not go forward, had tp get it towed to my house. can someone help me figure out if its a front differential seized up, or some kind a joint broke? its a 99 3rd gen
