Front sway bar bracket fastener and torque spec?

Does anyone know the fastener and torque spec for where the front sway bar bolts to the frame? (Yes I stole the photo.)

 

I think that an 8mm or 9mm fastener . . . I'd just go with a standard torque spec for the fastener.

 

I believe 30 ft lbs...that what I have in my notes...found elsewhere online.

I assume it’s this one:

• Front stabilizer cylinder tube bracket x Chassis frame: 21

 

That's where I got my torque spec....but I was looking at the wrong thing....got mine a little tight! Oh well.
