Front driver side wheel making whoosh noise

I have a 2015 SR5 and my front driver side wheel area is making a shuhs shuhs shush sound whenever I drive. I can only hear it when the window is down and it speeds up as I speed up. It does not change when I turn or when I shift the weight. It also does not happen as loudly when I reverse. I have attached a video, and ideas are greatly appreciated.

 

inspect the brakes / caliper / then inspect the drive shaft ....hub bearing ..

 

I had something similar but it was a small piece of shrubs stuck in the wheel well liner after offroad trip. So I would check for any debris around the wheel and maybe make sure that liner is not loose.

 

How many miles on the truck?
