Front brake

Just changed the front brakes now they are doing a noise

 

What kind of noise? Did you brake them in (Bedding the brakes)? Brake pad clips shift and are making contact with something?

Changed them how, pads, rotors, master cylinder? Did you convert them from disc brakes to drum, larger slotted rotors with multiple pistons?

 

Can you be any more vague?

 

Why not change them back?

I'd ask the OP to slow down giving so much detail, but he can't, because his brakes are fucked up.
