For folks with a lift and a rack, how much of a lift did you get?

Apologies for a lot of questions on this topic - I'm really struggling as I want a lift for enhanced offroad capability (I scrape my skid plates often) but also have a rack and am concerned about stability (nearly rolled off a small shelf road when sufficiently off-camber). For folks with lifts *and* racks, how much of a lift did you get, what kind of suspension do you have, and what rack do you have? And did you notice center of gravity changes and a decrease in a balance? Thanks so much.

3 inch lift on 33's. No issue whatsoever feeling too heavy. Takes longer to slow down on the freeway when all loaded down.
