Florida off roading mud/muck upgrade question

I have a 2022 trd off road with bilstein 5100s 2.5"/2.5" lift. I live in Florida and do some light mud trails. Muck is the killer out there mud areas with standing water around 2' or deep usually has a decent bottom. My question is would upgrading from 265/70/17 falken at3 to 285 /70/17 mud tires be better than adding a bumper and winch? What is the best bang for the buck? I understand the tires are more driver skill dependent vs the winch more of a crutch. Eventually I'll add both but what would you add first?

Probably the biggest impact to any vehicle.

 

You MUST replace tires al least as you wear them out.
There’s no getting around that, soooooo,

Get a good bumper and 9,000 lb winch ASAP!
I’ve used my winch 3 X to get out of BIG trouble
Knowing it’s there let’s you go places you simply would not go without it
Gives you great confidence as long as you dont do stupid
Also, I’ve helped folks in jams sev times, very rewarding that way

 

The problem in fl can be finding a good tree

 

Yeah the tire problem is I believe I will also need like at least 0 offset rims as my stock rims are nice but +16 offset and at full lock they will rub the uca. So more $$
