Bought aftermarket wheels and planned on keeping the factories just in case. I really don't need extra junk in my garage but I can. Either way I had a guy message me locally on FB wanting to buy. We haven't discussed price but at first I told him we're keeping them but the wife says sell. I figure since they only have 8k miles, he's local and wanting some, won't have to pay shipping on something he orders that he hasn't seen (unless brand new), that $600-500 would be a fair price?

Doesn't sound like you need the money so get what you want for it.

I got $900 for my OR rims w/tired and TPMS.

Got tons of guys low balling me for weeks. Just hold firm and you will get what you want if reasonable.

I'm with you there. There's no need to keep things around that you'll never use. Considering you can buy TRD sema wheels for around $170/wheel, getting $500-600 would be great! If you ever need them, I'm pretty sure you'd be able to find a set off a TRDoffroad. If you were in socal, I'd sell you mine with stock tires for $500-600.

No tires or sensors on these but he's putting them on a Limited so he can use his sensors. 2020 only 8k miles no curb rash.

I’ve been trying to sell my limited wheels w/tires since I got my truck. I actually left them at my buddy’s shop. When I installed my TRD wheels, I did move over the tpms.

Oem wheels are usually easy to find when needed.

The ones here locally don’t sell for $500-600. Between $300-400 is more likely. However, this guy reached out to you, so it doesn’t hurt to start high.

If you can sell them at that price, do it. Or he might just opt out and get new black TRD PRO replicas for around $400-$500

I agree. In Socal, you can get like new OR wheels w/ stock tires with less than 1000 miles for $500-600. It's one of the first things we change on the truck. If you don't believe me, I've got a set for you! LOL!

Brought our new 4R ORP home yesterday. Loving it, soaks up the rough roads, comfortable and traction galore.
Dealer added in a set of TRD PRO black wheels, which will arrive in a couple of weeks. I run BFG KO2 E-Rated rubber on all vehicles out here. They are survivors on the lava road.
I'm deciding whether I should buy new TPMS sensors from the tire dealer (Costco Warehouse) for the new wheels, and sell the OEM wheels & tires & sensors complete. My other option would be to have the sensors removed from the OEM wheels, and sell the wheels and tires without them. Out here there are lost more Tacomas than there are 4Runners, so there is a good chance they will go to an owner of an older Taco.

The TRD ORP wheels are really high quality off road wheels. They are one of only a few designs that have that little notch designed into them to protect the valve stem when off road. They are wider than the TRD Pro wheels, and should be in demand by Taco owners.

@Starr I believe the 2020 TPMS sensors are different from 2019 back so you might want to switch them but I could be mistaken.

I’m thinking that I will keep the original tpms sensors switched to the pro wheels & KO2’s and sell the original wheels & tires.

I sold my stock with no tpms and 1k on tires for 500. Varies based off area and such.

That’s how economics works in a buyers market. Those are high quality off road wheels for the price of steelies but as long as everyone is happy, it’s all good. Maximizing satisfaction, I think it’s called.

TRD PRO "replicas" for $400-$500? Do you mean $400 - $500 for a set of 4? I purchased GENUINE Toyota TRD PRO matte black wheels for $235 each from a Toyota Dealer in Colorado.
