Extended Warranty Purchase for my 23 LTD 4R but Nothing from Toyota

For those of you that have purchased an extended warranty from Midwest Toyota what is the average time to receive your paperwork from Toyota? I received my paperwork from Jerry Johnson (Oct) fairly quickly and was advised the warranty paperwork from Toyota would be received the beginning of November. Here it is December and nothing from Toyota. I have an email and call into Jerry and waiting for an update. Call wait times from Toyota are extremely long so I did not want to wait for 20 minutes.

 

If your warranty was the Toyota factory extended warranty, any Toyota dealer can replicate the paperwork for you as your purchase of the warranty is in Toyota's system. So, if our friend "Jerry" is dragging his feet, no worries, just call the F&I department of a different dealer (not the national customer service number) and ask for a copy of your Toyota extended warranty agreement.

How is 20 minutes extremely long? Trying waiting in a chat queue as number 1593.

 

Is the warranty actually Toyota? We purchased what we were lead to believe was an extended warranty from GM once, turned out it was after market. When we traded the vehicle in we got a pro-rated refund, so not the end of the world. Just saying there are a ton of things when buying a different vehicle. Good luck

 

Finally received the confirmation that Toyota needs to mail it again. But I did get the agreement number so really that's all I need.
