    Need to replace both exhaust manifolds, anybody had any luck with the ones on eBay or Amazon?Thanks,2005 V8 sport,198,000miles!

    Welcome aboard. I don’t have experience with Amazon and eBay offerings, but the general consensus on Tacoma world is to go with OEM and avoid knock offs unless you don’t mind doing it again in the near future.

    The stock ones lasted 198k, so that is what I’d go with. Save yourself the hassle and do it once

    I agree. Mine are still fine at 147K but when the time comes I'm just going to bite the bullet and go with OEM and let the garage put them on. Mine is a 2004 and I've had good luck with these. If new OEMs would last as long as these I'll be a happy camper.

    If you're thinking about doing this yourself I think you should still go with Toyota replacements. They'll fit and most likely last another 198K. eBay and Amazon stuff is "iffy". If you find a Toyota dealership offering the pipes at a better price than your local dealership, ask them if they will match the price. I've had good luck with my local dealership.
