Hey everyone! I need help figuring this one out- I have a 2015 limited 4Runner with the JBL stereo and intermittently I get this whirring/chirping noise through all channels of the stereo, regardless if it’s through AM/FM or Bluetooth audio. Any suggestions?

Here's a Video of the Noise...

    Thanks in advance!

    Oooh look, another mod.....
So the issue only is with Bluetooth, right? It looked like FM was working on your video. Have you tried performing a factory reset of your radio or unpairing/repairing your Bluetooth phone?

You can also try pairing another phone (if it's Apple, try an Android), see if you can isolate the issue to the phone or the headunit.

    Hey- thanks for your reply-
The issue is all inputs- BT, AM, FM… if you listen closely to the video, you can still hear the beeping, it’s just not as loud… I thought it may be the speaker, but I realize it’s coming from both front speakers….

I did reset the radio (by long pressing the power button through an on/off cycle). It changes the beeping slightly, but it eventually comes back full force.

I haven’t tried pairing an alternate phone… as I’m usually driving solo for work- but that’s definitely something to try-

Ok- so… I paired an android to the head unit via Bluetooth during a long trip - same issue… so I can definitely rule out it being a phone issue…
Could it possibly be the factory Amp?
    Maybe it’s an amp issue?
