All - can someone give me their thoughts on power running board for my 2024? My pre runner came with fixed steps but they are (in my opinion) really awkwardly placed on the step up and I want something low profile anyway. With lighting and the ability to disable them because I obviously don’t need them all the time but will come in handy when I lift it 2” and when I’m getting off the on/off water fishing. I wouldn’t mind a recommendation for a low profile roof rack as well with lighting capability if I’m hooking the drift boat up in low light conditions which is usually the case.

I installed Amp Research Power Step on my '17 Tundra right after purchase. Liked the clean look and did not want to sacrifice any ground clearance with standard running boards. Like them. Did have to replace drive motor on driver side a couple of years ago. Died right before warranty ran out and they sent me a new one. Otherwise they have been problem free. I installed the hard wired not the plug & play version. $100 cheaper at the time. Have factory fixed running boards on the '07 T4R and happy with those, too.
