T4R SR5 in Classic Silver

got about 55k miles on the Dunlops that came with my 2019 T4R. looked for the date code today and I don't recognize the format. I'm used to a 4 digit system where it's wk/year of manufacture. what I see on these is "DOT EU70" then in a box it shows "2MAR3318"
tempted to think that's 2 march 2018 but that seems a bit precise for tire markings and no idea what the 33 would be
