Draw-Tite 65074 front hitch question

2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium - Silver

I have a 2024 TRD ORP with KDSS and have a few questions about this front hitch.

Can anyone who has installed this hitch tell me if it interferes with the removal of the front skid plate?

Also, did you re-installed the panel below the radiator?

If you didn't install the panel was it because it didn't fit, or because it interfered with the removal of the skid plate?
