Wondering what others had done to fix the annoying door arm rest squeaks in these trucks ? Pain in the ass having to remove door cards but will serve at least to install some dynamat on the door sheet metal. Is there anything else servicable while cards are off such as lubing window tracks, treating inside of doors to some anti-corrosion, sealing electrical connections with dielectric compound, etc. If new owners have similar arm rest squeaks dealership should fix this, wish previous owner of our truck had taken care of it.

I don’t have that squeak but I have something from passenger seat area with no passenger. I read others tried moving seat which helps on some road types.

for myself on my other cars I say screw it now. The more messing around I did the worse issues got. That’s just me though.

My accord always made noises around seals had every single one replaced dealer after dealer. Thin I found some Japanese grease called shin et su worked. Now it’s an annual project

But ripping things apart broke tabs, connectors and and then stuff seem looser instead of tighter just my experience

Thanks Mac I guess you mean this stuff; Genuine OEM Honda Acura Shin Etsu Silicone Grease 08798-9013, I'll give it a try.

The bay writeup says; "Grab a tube of this Genuine OEM Honda Shin Etsu grease today to see how well it restores and protects all of your window, door, trunk, hood seals around the vehicle. Simple to use, just apply it to the seals and you'll see them come back to life and stay protected for another decade or so."

I see Toyota has a similar weatherstrip product: Genuine Toyota Rubber Weatherstrip Grease OE 100G 0888701206

Yep that is the correct stuff--i just get it on Amazon, i have not tried the Toyota version.

If you try it, put on a pair of rubber gloves to apply it and have a rag to wipe up excess. There will be a little white residual for a few days but after a rain goes away. I'll tell you what I have used that stuff on more squeaky things and it works great and holds up for about a year in Michigan weather rain/snow/salt. Works great for seals around moonroof also and weatherstripping around edge of hood.

Maybe just try a small area first where you think the sound is coming from (for me was near top of window seal (so I started with that to isolate)

Same issue. Had my entire door card replaced under warranty. Squeak is back. Glue delaminates itself from the arm rest pad and you get the squeak. I just live with it now as out of warranty.

My seat squeaks mostly when it’s really cold. I think it’s the rear bolts on the driver seat. Maybe some of this grease will help that issue too.
