Does the windshield wiper fluid reservoir on a 2004 4Runner have an expansion plug

2004 4Runner V8 & 2013 V6

Does the windshield wiper fluid reservoir on a 2004 4Runner have an expansion plug?

One that pops out when the fluid / water freezes and expands?

Reason being I filled the fluid reservoir to the top and fluid leaked out along the running board on the passenger side.
