I'm looking to purchase a Dobinsons lift for my 2016. There are a lot of options so I'm not sure exactly what springs I need to achieve what I'm after. Hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction.

    for added weight:
Rear SSO bumper with tire swing (heavy)
Front- will add C4 slim style front bumper with winch
    no armor planned yet.

I want to fit 285s on stock PRO wheels 17x7. We do a small amount of off roading and no high speed off road so I don't think I need remote resivoirs. Would like to find the best deal as well.

    Stock pro wheels are 17x7

I would calculate how much weight you plan to add to both the front and rear.

Then decide on how much lift you want front and rear. There are people running 285s with no lift, so you won't need a ton of lift if you don't want it.

Once you have those numbers, contact Mike over a Dobinson and he will suggest the appropriate coils and shocks for your needs.

you're right, not sure why I was thinking 8.5 but I fixed it.

Seems like 285 fit with all the people running them even though most tires recommend a 7.5” wheel

Mike is super helpful, just email him and he can give you suggestions to fit your needs. He was very responsive to both myself and my dad when we had questions on our respective lift setups.
