IMG_1544.jpg IMG_1508.jpg Has anyone had issues with a Dobs IMS setup under lifting the front on a 5th gen?

I installed the lift a little over a year ago (shooting for 3/2")and recently noticed how raked it looked and so I started taking measurements. I found the rear to be pretty much spot on at 24.25 from center of hub to fender but the front was only sitting at 22" where it should have been around 23". I then got with the vendor I had purchased it from and verified the preload measurement of the front coilovers. We agreed they were where they should be for 3/3.5 inches of lift which was 8.9" from the notch in the spring seat to the center of the lower mounting hole. The only reasonable explanation we could come up with is the springs had sagged, so I ordered a new set of C59-302 and installed them. With the new spring installed I gained only a half an inch and these springs probably still have a bit of settling to do. I'm lost and can't figure out what to do next other than pulling them back out and adjusting the preload higher which isn't recommended.

FYI, there is no additional weight added to the front.

    Thanks

I seem to remember a thread about spring thickness being off on someone's springs (I think they were Dobinsons). They measured the diameter of the spring and found it was smaller than spec. Not sure if this has anything to do with your issue, but thought it worth mentioning. If I can find the thread, I'll post a link.

Thanks. I forgot to mention I sent the springs back to Dobs because it's still under warranty and they said the springs were in spec. So at this point I'm out the cost of new springs.
