Do TRD Pros have more Nose Dive than KDSS equipped 4Rs?

    • I had a 2015 SR5 that had terrible nose dive and back/forth pitching with hard braking. Scary!
    • Traded that in for a 2018 TRD Off Road Premium with KDSS and nose dive was practically gone! Relieved!
    • I'm thinking of getting a new TRD Pro, but found they don't come with KDSS. Now I'm worried I might be going back to the terrible nose dives.
Anyone know how the TRD Pro Fox suspension does with nose dive? How do TRD Pros compare to KDSS equipped 4Runners? Thanks.

Many with many more to go
Pros have completely different shocks, springs and height. Even just adding a spacer lift (inside the strut) reduces nose dive and makes the suspension stiffer.

KDSS has no effect on nose dive. My 19 TRDP with KDSS nose dives but it isn't scary. These are just built soft because Toyota knows the market.

I'd agree with him, my 2020 sr5p was the same way. I hated it! But upgrading the shocks fixed it
