Do not purchase EagleEyeEngines!

Just a heads up, doing work for a customer on a 1996 3.4 5vzfe. Both of my customers heads were cracked so we ordered a refurbished set from Eagle Eye. The heads that came looked good but two spark plug threads are messed up and all exhaust clearances are set Way to tight. Intakes were set close, 3 had to be re-shimmed. All exhaust valves are between .003 and .009 (factory spec is .011 to .014 on exhaust.). I am dealing with them to resolve it but just putting it out there to be aware of. We will see how they are at resolving the issue. More to come.

 

Update: I sent the two heads back to them to correct and ship back. They received them and just issued a refund. They have not returned any emails or calls for a week now. I still need replacement heads and they just hung me out to dry. Buyer beware. They have good reviews on Google etc which is why I used them but they have dealt with their mess up VERY unprofessionally. I have been very understanding and luckily the customer is a friend of mine so he is being super understanding but if this customer was not a friend, my business would be suffering over Eagle Eye and how they have dealt with their screw up.
