Ditch lights/spot lights with cockpit control?

    When I was a kid, we had a spot light you could plug into the lighter and hold with your hand light a flashlight.

    I was hoping to get something similar but mounted on or near the mirrors, then I saw ditch lights. Are they controllable from within the cockpit? Or do you need to reach out the window and adjust them?

    I’d love to have some sort of little ditch light se
