Disabling the tracking thing

    Looks like there is a hidden button that will turn off the tracking thing, anyone tried this?

    Probably turns on tracking, hold down the sos button and should disable communication or just says it does and still spy’s on you.

    The procedure described is for downloading diagnostic data to a a USB drive. Evidently the recording of diagnostic data and writing it to a USB drive cannot occur simultaneously, so the instructions describe how to turn off recording, download the data, and then turn the recording back on. I’d want to know more about the downsides of turning it off before doing so.
