Any one know if there is a difference between front springs from a non-KDSS vehicle and a KDSS vehicle? Or the front springs is the same regardless if the vehicle is a KDSS or non-KDSS?

Someone here might know. But, your best bet is to check with a Toyota parts dealer.

I know the height adjustment clip settings on Bilstein 6112's are different for KDSS VS regular 4Runners.

I don't have stock suspension with me now. So my after market suspension measurements may not help you, but in case if it has any value.

For after market I don't have an accurate number. This is just for my personal reference before I install my Ironman suspension for non KDSS 4Runner. Not the ruler does not start from zero but I just wanted to see the difference. I notice the driver side is set 4mm higher (4mm more preload on spring) than passenger side.
