Diagnosing Help

Hey there,

I need some help figuring out what’s going on here, with my 2006 v8.

Here’s what IS working: the rear window rolls down with the button on the dash.

What ISN’T working: the rear window doesn’t roll down when you insert the key in the back. The rear wipers also are not functioning.

I recently disconnected the negative battery terminal in order to reset the trunk latch, which sometimes stops working. That seems to stop working more frequently, so wondering if this is an actuator problem.
