i have the prinsu with the lightbar notch but no lightbar installed and i do not notice any wind noise up to 75mph. the silicone is no big deal, a couple of squirts before putting in the bolts and youre good to go. i have been in heavy rain and pressure washes and my seat belts have always been dry when i checked. either rack you go with is good.
