Dash lights stay on when key removed.

This just started. When turning key to off position the engine will turn off but warning lights are still on. Removed 30A fuse for “power” from lower dash fuse panel and it shuts off.
The fuse has good continuity. Plug fuse back in and lights come back on although very weak.
Has anyone seen this before?

Something strange. Not sure if a wire is broken? Will continue to search tomorrow.

 

Will the key turn down any further? Do you hear or feel the clicks while turning the ignition off? Have any new electrical accessories been added?

 

The key turns down to the off position can go to accessory, and start and all the way back down with no issue.
No accessories added.

 

So I left the fuse out all night. Went out to the garage and plugged it in this morning and everything is fine. The only thing I can conclude is with the extremely wet weather we have had as of late something got wet and now that it has dried out all is good. Will continue to monitor and will update thread if something changes.
