    On my third 5th gen — 2021 SR5 premium 4wd
Gunmetal TRD wheels, Yakima rack, Canvasback covers
My navigation crashes and resets to what I am assuming are defaults every time it is in use and I have a phone call who's audio I switch from the car to my iphone. Screen goes black, reboots, and comes back on a half a minute later. Any guess why? Or what the fix is?

Try updating to the most recent Entune (you can call your local dealership and they can look up whether yours is up to date) if not you can take it to the dealer to update or download it to a usb drive and do it yourself online. I also noticed if you install the entire app on your phone that helps a lot.
