Constant power everywhere

So about a month ago I came out ant the rear wiper was on. It would not shut off. I disconnected the battery and that worked. Halloween am the daytime running lights were on in the morning when I opened the garage. Started truck, shut off still on. Disconnected battery they went out. Once I started the truck and shut it off they stayed on. Pulled fuse they go out. Key fobs dont work. When the key is out I can turn on directionals, fan, door windows, open sunroof.... I chanaged the ignition switch, not it. Any help is greatly appreciated

 

Rodents chewed wires?

 

These kinds of oddball symptoms often indicate a low battery.

 

Second on having that battery checked/tested.

Do you have any aftermarket lights or other accessories that tap into any factory circuits (either directly, or to power a relay)?

 

Chargedthe battery ists a year and a hlf old after sitting for a week it 12.9 if I hook it up I can watch it drop 12.9 12.89 about every three seconds. No signs of rodents have a cat...
