Code 2441 Sec air inject. Common cause?

Bilstein 5100's, Toyo At2 tires

Code 2441 came up. I take it this is on due to the pipe and flange between muffler and tailpipe rusting off. Resulting in no exhaust pulse etc. Anyone with knowledge on this code?
