I recently installed some NFab nerf bars on my 4Runner. I like the overall look, but I'm not so sure about the coating holding up. returned my first set after two weeks d/t rust where the steps were attached and while the second set looks better, I'm thinking they might not go too long.
So I'm thinking I might want to apply a coating of some sort, since I plan to drive this thing for many years to come. I'm not up to speed on the current lot of coatings out there...any suggestions?
