    Morning All,

    I wondering on the 2006 v8 transmission.

When I pull the check plug under the transmission pan do I want the fluid hot or cold to check level?
Also, do I want it to pretty much stop coming out of check plug to bring it to proper level or is it ok to plug with light stream still coming out?

    Thank you
