    Hello to all.
I’ve stalked here for a while as I had ordered a white TRD Pro back in May as a surprise for my wife. It arrived and I took delivery of it on the 14th of this month. I did acquire the 10 year, 125,000 mile platinum warranty from my dealer here in WV for price many are getting in Kansas. I’ve known the owner for years and myself and family have bought vehicles from there for a while, he’s a great guy. My wife was extremely happy and surprised, that part worked out well. The second day (a Friday evening) of ownership with just over 100 miles (trip from dealer was about 60 miles) the right rear started showing a loss in tire pressure, three were at 38psi and it was at 28. Five more miles to home and it dropped to 26. I figured I had something in the tire but located no problem. I decided to check the pressure with a tire gauge and at that point the entire valve assembly pushed into the wheel assembly allowing more air tho escape. I had to pull on the valve and air it up to pressure. I called and explained what was going on he instructed his other, closer dealership would fix it on Monday as both service departments were closed on Saturday. It sat all weekend at 32psi without loss. On Monday I was going to pull it to my shop, a 1/4 mile down my driveway, where I have a lift to replace it with the spare. Before I could get half way there the tire went completely flat as the valve fell inside the wheel assembly. I put on the spare, which was all but flat too and got it to his closer dealership. They broke down the tire and properly reseated the valve stem. Good to go.
Fast forward to my wife driving it to work for the week and on the following Saturday we went back to selling dealership for them to go over everything with her and set up her phone with the vehicle. During this process the salesman noticed the front left was showing 33psi while the others showed 37. We pulled it back to their shop where he attempted to add air and yep, the valve as well pushed in to the wheel assembly. We left the vehicle for them to work on Monday and took a RAV4 home. Monday morning I got the call all was ready and that the one reseated previously was the only one correct, all of the other 3 were not seated. I pass this on because I believe whoever assembled the TRD wheels and installed them at the port was not qualified to do so and if all four of mine were wrong others possibly are too. The rate of how quick these can fail could be deadly on highway or at higher speeds. Please check yours and be cautious as the other three of mine seemingly looked seated but were not.

Wow, Any pics of the issue? That's very strange.

True that since many of the TRD Pro parts are installed locally we need to put more attention / inspect them unlike other 4runner trims Made in Japan. I, myself paid my own money for tire balance and wheel alignment. Self checked the roof rack, skid plate, etc.. But this level of poor quality is the first time I'm hearing and unusual for Toyota USA.
