2013 4 runner

Check engine with symbol and trac off light on steady. 4 Lo flashing. Gear shift is also stiff. Traction on/off button does nothing. Even garage door button has stopped functioning. Both of those switches are in panel above rearview mirror.
2013 4 Runner SR5 68,000 miles. Is it safe to drive 5 miles to mechanic?

That sounds like faulty shift interlock module. Very common on 4 runners.
