I’m getting an CEL for a misfire. Only time you notice anything wrong is at idle. RPMs have a rhythmic surge from 600 to about 900. Otherwise when driving there is no issue. I have already replaced spark plugs, cleaned throttle plate, checked tps, checked voltage on the coil packs and wires. Ive tried to seafoam the engine but the car ate all of it. No smoke came out after seafoaming. No oil in the coolant and no coolant in the oil either

What does the OBD show for misfire?

Don't seafoam a modern car. It's not good for it.

    Post the codes.

When you took out the old plugs, how did they look? Do you still have them?

Surging sounds like the TPS is bad. I don't know how you can check a TPS reliably. Also check for vacuum leaks.

    Sounds like multiple issues.
