Caster is off?

My 4runner has an ongoing issue with alignment. car keeps pulling to the right. The only thing I can think of based off the alignment sheet is caster even though it's still green. Caster on driver side is 2.9 while passenger side is at 3.6

 

What about the SAI?

 

Hey OP, when it comes to caster can we know which brand of UCA's you're running too? I'll let some of the other boys speak to the lower castor and severity of the difference .
3.6⁰ is definitely satisfactory.
I got my SPC UCA's to 3.5 and 3.7. Kinda wanna try different shop in future for higher castor/ further forward.

I mean what I hear often is people wondering why they have irregularities in adjustable factory components; like ride height leaning with OEM suspension, headlight beam aim being off, or like you - unbalanced castor.

I would be pointing out, and irritated by the fact that notice your passenger castor came in at 3.6 and went out unchanged, whereby drivers side came in at 2.6 and only adjusted +0.3⁰.

You apparently had a 40% difference in factory castor before gaining just over 10% back on the drivers side (post alignment). I'm sure other members can advise better whether being on opposite ends of the "specified range" is still considered "normal range".

 

I don't think you should be concerned. And, I can't really say if the discrepancy could cause it to pull to the right. But, it would bug the shit out of me.

I'd recommend finding an alignment shop that specializes in 4×4's, or at least somewhere they'll do more than the bare minimum to get it in spec.

FWIW, I went to a smaller shop for my second post-lift alignment and they got each parameter exactly the same on both sides.

 

Looks like you’re up in the West SF valley. There is a shop here in OC that does outstanding alignment work on lifted and customized vehicles. They are in La Habra ( Cheworks) I believe they’re on Instagram. In case you don’t get the issues resolved up there you can contact them and see what they say. My nephew told me about them he’s got a Tacoma and found them on Tacomaworld.

 

A car will typically pull to the side with less caster (all other things being equal). Most alignment techs will (are trained to) dial in extra caster on the passenger side to counteract the natural tendency for roadways to be sloped to the right for rain runoff. The two forces are hoped to counterbalance, but that’s not always the case.
