Im going to remove the seat bottoms so he can have access to the a/c vents, but the tops of the seat backs is what I’m talking about. I literally just got my 4R last night and installed the liners. Im picturing my golden will definitely have his paws all over that softex (he likes to be as close to us as possible lol).

That’s not a bad idea. How do those attach? Is there Velcro on both sides (like do you attach the flap to the vehicle, then the other canvasback piece has Velcro to attach to that flap)?

When I ordered mine, I bought both the cargo liner and flap so they integrated the velcro strips to the flap and cargo cover. I bet you can request it with top and bottom of the flap to have velcro so that it will fit in between your existing back covers. Or get some velcro strips from Lowes/Homedepot

Canvasback makes 3 pieces that hang over.

    The Softex is pretty resilient.
